A fifth man was arrested and charged yesterday (26 February, 2015) in relation to the death of James Whatuira who was found dead at a Woodville property on Sunday 4 January, 2015.
The 32-year-old Woodville man has been charged with being party to a murder and will appear in the Palmerston North District Court today.
The investigation is ongoing and police still want to speak to anyone that may have any information about the death of Mr Whatuira.
