Police are at the scene of a vehicle crash on Galbraith Street, Waihi

Police were notified of the serious crash at 7:50 pm this evening on Gailbraith Street, Waihi. 

One person has been seriously injured.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area as road closures will be in place.
