Police continue appeal for information in Mangere homicide investigation

Counties Manukau Police is continuing to appeal for the public’s help in its investigation into the death of Arthur Brown in Mangere.

Mr Brown, also known as Afa, died in the early hours of Sunday 10 March near a group of shops on Vine Street.

“It’s still early days in our investigation and our priority at this stage is piecing together all the circumstances leading up to this incident,” says Detective Inspector Tofilau Faa Va’aelua.

“There is a team of investigators working on this investigation and we are determined to find those responsible and hold them to account.

“We continue to ask anyone who may have information about the incident or the identity of those involved to contact Counties Manukau Police on (09) 261 1321 or call Crimestoppers anonymously 0800 555 111.”
