Palmerston North Police can now release the name of the woman who was killed in a single vehicle crash on Railway Road, Kelvin Grove this morning.
She was Zeenath Rahiman, aged 33, of Palmerston North.
The Palmerston North Police assisted by the Serious Crash Unit are continuing to investigate the crash and the death has now been referred to the coroner.
Police want to extend their heartfelt condolences to Zeenath's family and seek the support of media in respecting their privacy during this difficult time.
