Rotorua Police are investigating after a 23-year-old man was taken to hospital last night with serious injuries believed to have been caused by a gun shot.
The man’s injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Police believe the man’s injuries are related to reports of gunshots heard on Paradise Valley Road just before 11pm last night.
Investigations are ongoing at the scene on Paradise Valley Road and Police would like to hear from anyone who noticed suspicious activity in the area last night.
