Two people will be prosecuted for various offences, including aggravated robbery. following a number of incidents at Oakley Creek in Waterview over the last month.
An 18-year-old will appear in the Auckland District Court today on three charges of aggravated robbery and one charge of assault with intent to rob.
A 15-year-old youth is being prosecuted through the Youth process and will appear in the Youth Court in due course.
Detective Sergeant Neil Hilton said:"Police are following several positive lines of enquiry in relation to locating outstanding property stolen during the incidents.”
Some of the charges relate to the alleged assault of a student on Thursday morning, 24 March in Oakley Creek.
As the matter is now before the courts, no further comment will be made today.
