A person has died following the bus crash Ohakune Mountain Rd this afternoon.
Police are not in a position to provide further details about the deceased until formal identification has taken place.
The road was reopened to allow people to leave the skifield.
Investigations into the crash will be conducted by CIB, the Serious Crash Unit and the Commercial Vehicle Safety Team.
Police are seeking witnesses to the incident. If anyone has any information, please contact local Police.
