Police and fire are still in attendance at a Milton address where a fire occurred before 4.00am this morning.
A scene and fire examination is continuing and a cordon remains in place around the address.
Police have, however, located what appears to be a body inside the address.
Police will be unable to release the name of the person until a formal identification is completed and the persons family have been advised.
While the cause of the fire is still unknown, police will not be in a position to comment further at this time.
