Palmerston North Police are continuing to conduct inquiries into the incident where a five year old girl was taken in Palmerston North on Friday, 12 February.
Police would like to thank the public for their support as our inquiry continues.
Police have received a lot of information so far which staff are currently working through and will be following up on.
Staff are also making themselves available around schools in the area to have conversations with parents, and to offer advice and reassurance. We urge any parent who has any concerns to speak with one of these officers. Officers will be around before and after school over the coming days in various areas.
