A person has died following a workplace incident in Paengaroa this morning.
Emergency services were alerted to a crash involving an ATV (all terrain vehicle) and a tractor just before 8am.
A person was transported to hospital with serious injuries and sadly passed away a short time later.
Enquiries into the incident are under way and WorkSafe has been notified.
