Police have charged a man in relation to an armed incident in Taupaki overnight.
A 43-year-old man has been charged in relation to presenting a firearm.
He will be appearing in Court at a later date, which has yet to be set.
Police have now completed a scene examination at the Red Hill Road address and cordons have since been lifted.
Police would like to thank motorists for their cooperation.
As this matter is now before the Courts, Police are unable to comment further.
