The Drugs chapter consists of 15 parts. These parts set out drug-related offences and procedures and instructions for handling controlled drugs and searching people for drugs, as well as general advice on raids and other drug-related matters. Some sections have been considered not appropriate for release and, if requested, would be withheld under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). The relevant sections of the Act that would apply have been identified. Please note that Part 6 is not listed - it was cancelled in 2020 as it repeated sections of the 'Surveillance' chapter.
