In November 2019, Cabinet approved the Transnational Organised Crime Strategy 2020-2025 (the Strategy). The Strategy provides a framework for a more coordinated, whole-of-system response to TNOC, with the vision of making New Zealand the hardest place in the world for organised criminal groups and networks to do business.
