Under sections 72 and 73 of the Telecommunications (Interception Capability and Security) Act 2013 (TICSA), Commissioner Richard Chambers appointed Paul Basham as the Designated Officer and the Registrar for the purposes of the TICSA, with all associated functions, duties and powers as outlined under the Act.
