Go to the 'Change My Registration' and sign in. You will see an "unsubscribe" button, click it and you will no longer be registered.
Q. If I've moved house or changed my phone number, how do I tell Police?
Sign in to 'Change My Registration' and put in your new information.
Q. Why do I have to tell Police if I've moved house or changed my phone number?
It's very important Police have the right information about you in our computer so we can help you in an emergency. It saves a lot of time.
Q. If I'm registering more than one phone, do I need a different code?
No, use the same code – 111DFHItxt.
Q. I'm deaf but I have a hearing family and partner. Can I register their phones?
Yes, but you need to register them under your name (the deaf person's name). You need to do the registering process for each phone.
Q. So that means if an emergency happens I can use their phone to text 111?
Right, but if the hearing person is okay then it's better for them to call 111 as it's quicker.
Q. If I'm registering several phones, can I use the same email address?
Yes, you can.
Q. What if I don't have an email address?
That's okay – you don't need one.
