Counties Manukau staff had an unusual job responding to reports of a seal loose at a busy intersection. Finding the young pup a little lost and scared, staff consulted DOC and Acting Sergeant Hannah was asked to uplift and move the pup to safety. Hannah jumped at the chance. The seal was later released into the estuary at Seaside Park.
