Waitematā Constables Serena and Richard had a colourful time with everyone who stopped for a chat or wanted a photo at Holi Fest in Kumeu. “We were all absolutely covered in dyed/coloured powder," says Serena. "It took a long time to clean the colour off ourselves, our BAS and the car, but it was well worth it!”
