Description of stolen boat

The boat is a blue and white 5. 4m fibreglass Buccaneer Billfisher with the name "Whatever" with a Johnson 140hp motor. The boat had  shuttle launcher on top and a canvas canopy. There are two single seats at the front and two at the back. Orange wet weather pants were wrapped around the propeller.
