Today a 38 year old Queenstown Lakes District man was arrested at Queenstown and has been charged that on the 18th day of April 2003 at Cardrona, drove a vehicle on the Waiorau Snow Farm Road in a manner, having regard to all the circumstances of the case, was dangerous and thereby caused the death of Peter Raymond George BOURNE (Possum BOURNE).
The man has been bailed to appear in the Queenstown District Court on Monday 15th September 2003.
It is not envisaged that any further media comment will be made by the Police on this matter.
