Police can now advise a further three people have received minor to moderate injuries following vehicle robberies in the Kapiti-Mana area this morning.
This follows an assault on a person in Porirua after which their vehicle was taken by a 25-year-old man at around 7:30am.
A second person was subsequently injured in Poplar Avenue when their vehicle was taken by the man.
A third person was injured in the Raumati Beach shopping area when their vehicle was taken by the man.
A fourth person was injured in a minor crash in Peka Peka involving the fleeing driver, prior to the third vehicle coming to a stop.
