Motorists are being advised to expect delays following a crash in Mount Eden.
The crash between a vehicle and pedestrian, at the intersection of Dominion and Balmoral Roads, was reported to Police at about 11.40am.
One person is being transported to hospital in a serious condition.
Motorists are being asked to avoid the area and seek an alternative route.
The Serious Crash Unit has been notified.
