Culture Survey Results 2022

  • In April 2022, an organisation-wide survey was conducted by Police to assess workplace culture after two years of policing in a COVID-19 environment.
  • The Commissioner of Police and the Chair of IPCA commissioned a staff survey in September 2020 to better understand our people’s experiences of Police workplace culture and support an investigation by the IPCA into allegations of workplace bullying in Police.
  • Topline results were released in late 2020 and further detailed results released with the IPCA report
