Strategic Intentions (formerly Statement of Intent) is the agreement between the Commissioner and the Minister about what Police will deliver over the next 4 years. It describes Our Business in more detail and defines the outcomes we seek, the goals we are aiming for, and the organisational priorities we will focus on. It includes high level measures. The activities, goals and outcomes are reported on each year in the Annual Report.
