Court Hearing request form
Only the person named on the notice or an authorised representative of a company or incorporated body can request a Court Hearing.
Police cannot action a Court Hearing request for any notice that has either been paid or transferred to the Fines Collection Unit of the Ministry of Justice. The option of payment to the Police is no longer available once a Court Hearing has been processed.

Lost or missing notice search request form
If your infringement notice or ticket is lost or missing, use this form to request for your lost or missing notice and send by post to the address provided on the form.
Only the person named on the original notice or an authorised representative of a company or incorporated body can request a search for a lost or missing notice.
Please complete separate form for each notice.
Infringement Ticket Process
The police process of issuing infringement notices has changed. Now when stopped by an officer your driver and vehicle details will be verified by the officer through their Iphone. A conversation at the roadside with be held and if an infringement notice is to be issued the officer will advise you of this at this time. The infringement notice will not be handed to you it will be posted to the address that you have provided the next business day. Infringement fees are payable within 28 days from the issue of the original notice.
