This Statutory Declaration is made in the event someone else using your vehicle when it was allegedly involved in a moving vehicle offence.  The declaration is made under the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957 and is subject to the conditions under the Land Transport Act 1998 if a person makes a false declaration.
