The Leads Group is made up of the chairs from each of the programme groups – Independent Panel, Research Management Committee, Operational Advisory Group, as well as the Chief Advisor to the Independent Panel, and UPD Programme Manager. The core function for the Leads Group is to provide direction and drive decision making across the programme.
The Leads Group is chaired by Executive Lead: Future Policing, Mark Evans.
