Leads Group
The Leads Group is made up of the chairs from each of the programme groups – Independent Panel, Research Steering Group, Operational Advisory Group and the Research Team, as well as DCE Mark Evans, Executive Sponsor, and UPD Programme Manager, Bailey Tuiomanufili. The core function for the Leads Group is to provide direction and drive decision making across the programme.
Membership shifts as the requirements of the programme change and currently includes Distinguished Professor Paul Spoonley MA MSc PhD FRSNZ, Honorary Research Associate, Massey University who, along with Tā Kim Workman, is leading the process to establish the Research Team for the next phase of the research programme.
The Leads Group is chaired by DCE Mark Evans.
