Police produces quarterly performance reports to keep the Minister of Police and the public informed about how we are tracking across key areas of our organisation. These reports provide information on:

• Operational and workforce performance
• High level financial performance
• Current and planned investment activity
• Progress toward our workforce targets
• Delivery against our Estimates/Outputs measures
• Progress on our policy work programme

Some sections of these reports contain budget sensitive material and are therefore redacted in accordance with relevant sections of the Official Information Act 1982.

Each quarter, we provide our report to the Minister of Police, the Public Services Commission, and the public. This ensures transparency, accountability and demonstrates our commitment to actively managing performance against our strategic priorities, goals, and initiatives.
