Oranga Tamariki–Ministry for Children
- Safety checking and workforce restrictions are one of several initiatives under the Children's Act (CA) 2014 to enhance the safety and competency of professionals who work with children. The Act introduces new requirements for organisations funded by state services that employ people to work with children. Safety checking requirements are being phased in over several years.
