Police are still investigating a home invasion in the Christchurch suburb of Waltham early this morning. However no one else is being sought in relation to the inquiry, says Detective Sergeant Wendy Riach.
A call from the public plus quick patrol group action had police at a Waltham house arounf 4am this monring.
Three males will appear in Court this afternoon on burglary charges and another male is facing charges. Serious assault charges area also pending.
A young male, (not a female as in South Comms release), is in hospital with facial injuries, says Wendy Riach.
"This was could be described as domestic related," she says. "We are speaking to other people who are helping us clarify the situation."
