Crash witnesses needed

Auckland Police want to hear from witnesses to a serious injury crash during which a 68 year-old male pedestrian was hit by a car near a bus stop outside number 718 Great South Road, Penrose at about 6.20pm on Sunday, June 9.

A 'Warriors' Rugby League game played nearby had not long finished before the crash. Any witnesses who have not yet spoken to Police are urged to contact Constable Justin West on 359-3118.
