The name of an overseas tourist killed in a quad-bike crash today near the Waikato settlement of Te Anga has been released.
She was Sarah Katie BOND, 24, of Essex in England.
Miss BOND is believed to have died as a result of her losing control of a quad-bike she was riding which plunged down a bank in steep terrain about 2km from Te Anga.
Her death has now been referred to the coroner.
Department of Labour Investigators and the Waikato Serious Crash Unit are investigating the crash.
