Appeal for witnesses following crash in Highland Park

Counties Manukau Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash in Highland Park last weekend.

Police responded to reports of a two vehicle crash, involving a motorcycle and a bus, on Pakuranga Road around 5.15pm on Saturday 25 November.

One person was taken to hospital with critical injuries, where they remain in a stable condition.

As part of our investigation, Police are trying to piece together the events that occurred leading up to the crash, and we are appealing to the public for information.

We are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or were in the area at the time and have information on either of the vehicles involved prior to the crash, to please get in touch.

Police are particularly wanting to speak to those who were behind the incident when it occurred and stopped to assist.

Anyone else who may have dashcam or CCTV footage of the crash, or has further information which may assist, is also asked to contact Police via 105 quoting file number 231125/9434.
