A man has been arrested in relation to the aggravated robbery at the Highlands Dairy and the attempted aggravated robbery of the Barriball Street Dairy in New Plymouth, both on Sunday 30 September.
The 21-year-old has been charged with aggravated robbery and attempted aggravated robbery and is due to appear in New Plymouth District Court today.
Police are still seeking information on the movements of a vehicle involved in the robbery of the Highlands Dairy.
Anyone who saw a 1996 silver Nissan Bluebird, registration ZH6819, on Sunday 30 September - particularly in the Fitzroy and Welbourn areas from 7pm onwards - is asked to contact New Plymouth Police on (06) 759 5500.
