Police and the Armed Offenders Squad have cleared an address on Norrie Street, following the shooting of a male at approximately 8:30pm tonight.
Correcting earlier reports, the victim is a 17-year-old male. He has minor injuries.
The scene address where the shooting occurred will be guarded overnight.
Police are also working to clear another address in a different neighbourhood.
Police are not drawing links to Saturday’s incident on Norrie Street at this time.
Police do not believe there is any danger to the public but they ask any suspicious activity to be reported.
The white car is still being sought as previously reported and any suspicious activity should be reported to 111.
