Police have found a body within the scene of the commercial premises on Donovan Drive, Franz Josef.
While a formal identification process is still to be completed Police believe the body to be that of the male occupant of the property.
Next of kin have been advised and Police offer their sympathies to family and friends of the deceased at this tragic time.
Police are not seeking anyone else in relation to the incident and the investigation at the scene is ongoing.
