A 22-year-old male from Otara has been charged in relation to a crash on State Highway 16 near Kumeu on Thursday 11th February.
The crash resulted in injuries to the driver, a female passenger and a 5-month-old girl who were also in the vehicle.
The charges are:
- Reckless Driving Causing Injury x2
- Failing to Stop for Red/Blue Lights and Siren
- Driving While Forbidden.
The male is due to appear in the Manukau District Court later today.
All the injured occupants of the vehicle were released from hospital on the day or the day following the crash.
