Media advisory: Launch of National Command and Coordination Centre

Media advisory:

Minister of Police Hon. Anne Tolley and Commissioner Mike Bush will officially launch the National Command and Coordination Centre (NCCC) at Police National Headquarters, Wellington, on Tuesday 3 June.  Media welcome.

The launch event will include a visual demonstration of new technologies Police are using to prevent crime and crashes in our communities, and to coordinate large scale national events such as the recent Royal Tour.

Media are asked to meet in PNHQ reception no later than 11.50am on Tuesday so they can set up their equipment prior to guests arriving.

Light refreshments will be provided.
