Police and emergency services are attending a serious crash on Mokoia Road, Chatswood, near Chelsea View Drive.
Mokoia Road is expected to be closed for at least another two hours while the serious crash unit investigates and the scene is cleared.
The crash involved a car and motorcycle and two people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Diversions are in place, however, delays are expected and Police ask motorists to avoid the area if possible and take alternate routes.
