Police investigate burglary of Hamilton pharmacy

Police are asking for the public’s assistance to identify those responsible for a burglary at the Hamilton Central Pharmacy on Pembroke Street.
 
The pharmacy was broken into at around 2am, Monday 12 December, by two offenders who used a large crowbar to force entry.
 
Once inside, the offenders targeted a safe that contained prescription medication and cash.
 
Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is asked to contact Acting Detective Sergeant Paul Slater on 021 191 0948.
