Police seek witnesses after woman hit by car

Police are appealing to witnesses who may have seen a woman hit by a car while crossing a busy road in Epsom, Auckland.
 
A woman pedestrian was badly injured when hit by a car as she was crossing Manukau Rd, by the intersection of Arcadia Rd in Epsom on March 12. The incident happened at 4.25pm at a very busy time of day.
 
“We’re hoping a lot of people may have witnessed the incident as it was peak hour traffic and there was heavy congestion. If anyone saw the accident, or has information, please let Police know,” says Sergeant Garry Ball of the Serious Crash Unit.
