Porirua Police are looking for Norman HOWELL who has links to the wider Wellington Area, Hawkes Bay and Palmerston North.
The 42 year old has a Warrant to Arrest after removing his home detention bracelet
His current whereabouts are unknown.
Howell is a male Maori of fat build, approximately 170cm in height. He has a tattoo of a bulldog on his right cheek, and a swastika on his forehead.
The public is advised not to approach Howell but to call 111 immediately if they see him.
