Second arrest made in Dome Valley incident

A 28-year-old woman has been arrested in relation to an alleged serious assault of a female who was found on the side of a road in Dome Valley Monday morning.

 

She is the second person to be arrested this week in relation to the incident. 

 

The woman has been charged with two counts of kidnapping and one charge of threatening to kill. She will appear in the North Shore District Court tomorrow.

 

Police are not ruling out the possibility of further charges and arrests in relation to the alleged assault.

 

The victim remains in Auckland Hospital in a stable condition. 

 

No further comment is available as the matter is before the courts.
