Police are appealing for help from the public to find a woman who left a mental health facility on the North Shore this afternoon.
There are serious concerns for the welfare of 48 year-old Kathleen Conway, who left the He Puna Waiora Ward at North Shore Hospital on foot, a short time after being admitted this afternoon.
Kathleen is described as having short to medium-length brown hair and was wearing a grey jersey and blue pants.
The weather is forecast to be very cold overnight and this and Kathleen's current health state has Police very concerned.
She is not believed to have any money with her or access to a vehicle.
Anyone who sees Kathleen or is approached by her should call 111 immediately.
