Western Bay of Plenty police advise that the baby that died in Tauranga on Tuesday 7th June 2016 was Richard Royal Arif Tekakahi Winiata Uddin aged three months.
The post mortem examination has been completed and Police are waiting for the final results of that examination.
The homicide investigation continues and Police would like to speak to anyone who may have any information.
