On Thursday 17 October, Tauranga Police arrested two men aged 26 and 33 and a female aged 23, in relation to the arson of a vehicle in Churchill Road, Judea.
This incident occurred in the early hours of 6 August, 2013.
The trio are all local residents and have been jointly charged with arson.
They will appear in the Tauranga District Court on Monday, 21 October.
