The Central District Field Days are on again at Feilding's Manfeild Event Centre and Manawatū Police staff have an interactive display with something for everyone over the three days the event runs (14-16 March).

Feilding Constable Char Lucas organised the Police display and says it's been all go since the gates opened this morning (Thursday).

"We have an awesome crew here as well as our partners Neighbourhood Support and Community Patrols NZ so come and say hi," says Char.

"It's also the first time at Field Days that we have had two officers on their personal horses decked out in Police livery. They've attracted a lot of positive feedback from the community, which is great to receive.

"Our Police display also includes a recruitment stand where people interested in becoming a police officer can come and talk with us, police pup Iha, a colouring-in competition and dress-ups for the kids, and the interactive jump test.

"There will be an AOS display on Saturday and the community won't want to miss this action-packed scenario."
