A 40-year-old woman has been killed in a road crash. The crash happened shortly before 8pm on Saturday, 19 September when a Mitsubishi car being driven by the woman along Awahuri Road, away from Feilding, lost control and impacted with a concrete bridge post.
The woman, who died at the scene, has been named as Linda Jane Manuel from Rongotea.
The cause of the crash is under investigation and anyone with any relevant information is asked to contact Feilding Police on 06 323 6363.
