An elderly Whangamata man who went missing from his home early yesterday morning was located by search teams near to his home last night.
Alfred John CRIBB, 82, who is known as Jack, was located about a kilometre from his Campbell Close home around 6.30pm.
When found Mr CRIBB was in a disoriented state and was taken to a medical centre for a check up before returning home.
Eastern Waikato Police are grateful for the assistance of local residents of Whangamata who assisted in the successful search for Mr CRIBB.
