Police continue to make good progress into the homicide investigation relating to the death of 39 year old Adam Watkins in Taita Lower Hutt on the 5th of February 2015.
Today Police have arrested and charged a 40 year old Hutt Valley male with Accessory after the Fact.
This Male will appear in the Lower Hutt District Court on Monday the 9th of February 2015.
The arrested female was known to the decased Mr Watkins and other occupants at the address in Taita.
Detective Senior Sergeant Warwick McKee from the Wellington District CIB states
" Today’s arrest again provides reassurance to the family of Mr Watkins and the Community in Lower Hutt.
I can confirm that Police are not actively seeking any other outstanding persons involved in the death of Mr Watkins. Police continue to support members of the victims’ family through this trying time.
I continue to appeal to any person with any information that can help us to come forward and to contact Police ".
