How to pay
Take your notice to any Westpac bank branch in New Zealand and pay with cash or EFTPOS.
You can also scan the barcode on the notice and pay with cash or EFTPOS at a New Zealand Westpac Smart ATM.
Please note the following for non-Westpac customers as at 1 June 2024:
- If you are making a payment at the Westpac bank branch then Westpac staff are required to ask for your first and last name, as well as your phone number.
- If you are making payment through a Westpac Smart ATM, then the ATM screen will prompt you to enter your first and last name.
- Westpac will retain this information as per the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Act 2009.
Guidelines
- Present the whole notice intact for payment.
When paying at a Westpac branch, you must pay the ful amount on the infringement notice. - Alternatively, you can pay the offences individually by internet banking, credit card or wait for the reminder notice.
